Last night we trekked out to Atlanta for dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, Pappadeaux. Morgan and I feasted on soft shell crab and what is possibly one of the best desserts I’ve ever put in my mouth, the banana crepe. It’s a giant crepe filled with vanilla ice cream and garnished with sliced bananas. The menu says it’s vanilla ice cream, but really it’s something much more magical. It tastes better than vanilla and is impossible to stop eating.
